The interior renovation of Rayne’s 4,700 s.f. sub-leased space incorporates a public front end comprised of a stylish new reception area, glass front meeting rooms, a functional workspace, and a breakout area bridged with lounge space. The lounge offers a new kitchen, banquette seating and TV feature wall on new tile floor. A collaborative effort was made to implement the required mechanical and electrical upgrades to satisfy the client’s needs as well as those of the sub-landlord and building operations. Labbe-Leech’s involvement in the early design phase of the project added value by providing useful construction insight.
