The HUB lounge was built as a one of a kind tenant lounge with an enclosed library on one side of the suite and finished with a gaming area and booth seating on the other side. The lounge comes equipped with a kitchen, beer on tap, board games, old style video games and pool and ping pong tables. Finishing off the feel of the lounge is the brick veneer wall and writable wall surface.
